- Account information: username, email address, hashed password, and (for Discord-linked accounts) your Discord ID and username.
- Purchase data: transaction records and subscription records. For reseller accounts, license-key metadata (without revealing the keys themselves to third parties).
- Hardware identifiers: a derived HWID is stored to bind your subscription to a machine. You can reset your HWID via the panel as documented.
- Usage logs: IP address, timestamps, dashboard actions, and audit-log entries necessary for security and abuse prevention.
- Support communications: tickets, chat messages, and attachments you submit through our support channels.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and activate subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests.
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers: payment processors, hosting providers, and Discord (when you authenticate via Discord OAuth), strictly for the purpose of running the Service.

5. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal session cookies for authentication and basic analytics for traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal-compliance purposes. Audit logs may be retained longer for security purposes.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including TLS, hashed passwords, and isolated reseller backends. No method of transmission is 100% secure; notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or our Discord. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
