1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any product, software, license key, or service provided by Ignite ("we", "us", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any product offered by Ignite. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account & Subscriptions
Purchases are issued as subscriptions attached to your account, and are tied to a single hardware identifier where the product requires one. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials and Discord account secure. You must not share, resell, or transfer your account or subscription outside of authorized reseller programs.
- HWID resets are provided as documented in the customer panel.
- Subscriptions flagged for abuse, sharing, or fraud may be revoked without refund.
- Reseller-issued keys are governed by an additional reseller agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Ignite software.
- Engage in conduct that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service without an authorized reseller agreement.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure, including the dashboard and APIs.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Most products are sold on a subscription basis with a fixed duration (daily, weekly, monthly). Pricing and duration are displayed at the point of sale. Subscriptions begin as soon as your payment is confirmed, and the duration you purchased starts counting down from that moment.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: unused subscriptions may be refunded within seven days; active subscriptions are compensated in time extensions, and refunded only where we cannot get the software running on your system.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. When a product is detected by an anti-cheat system, we work to publish a fix and pause affected subscriptions as documented in our service-level commitments.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product will remain undetected indefinitely.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Refunds, if any, are governed by Section 6.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or our Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
